Cancellation & Refund Policy

At CL Aesthetic Services, we value your appointment time and strive to provide exceptional care.

Appointment Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in:

  • Cancellation fees

  • Loss of promotional pricing

  • Forfeiture of prepaid sessions

No-Show Policy

Clients who miss scheduled appointments without notice may be charged a no-show fee or lose that treatment session.

Package Purchases

Treatment packages are non-transferable and intended for use only by the purchasing client.

Unused sessions may expire according to the terms provided at purchase.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of wellness and aesthetic services:

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable

  • Financing fees and lender charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds for unused prepaid sessions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

  • Promotional or discounted packages may not qualify for refunds

Financing Cancellations

If services financed through third-party lenders are canceled, any refund processing is subject to the lender’s policies and timelines.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may receive shortened treatment time to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments.
